This document outlines the Privacy Policy for Good & Roberts, Inc. clients, subcontractors and visitors to our website.

Information We Collect and How We Use It:
Good & Roberts, Inc. (G&R) values your trust and respects your privacy. As such, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our client's or subcontractor information. Information we collect during an engagement is considered "Confidential" (provided this information is not already available in the public domain) and is only shared with or distributed to entities who are providing client/project specific supporting services to G&R. We do not share, sell or distribute information you havve designated as "Confidential Information" with any outside third party unless contractually or legally required to do so.

During the course of our normal business operations we conduct extensive research and collect data available within the public domain on a variety of subjects including areas which may be related to client business plans, strategies or objectives. Information we collect through public domain sources may not be subject to the terms of this privacy policy. Additional information that is not protected by this policy is information posted in the public domain for the purpose of solicting subcontractor participation on project bids.

Personal / Company Information:
For Subcontractor Prequalifications or for a client engagement you may choose to provide personal or sensitive company information such as, but not limited to:
  • Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address
  • Strategic Business Plans, Objectives and/or initiatives
  • Financial Reports, Vendor References, and Objectives
  • Intellectual Property, Patent, Trademark, or Copyright protected work

When providing sensitive information to G&R, we will only utilize this information for the purpose for which you submitted it to us. Once the information is no longer needed, it will be properly disposed of. Personal information will not be shared with other parties unless we are contractually or legally required to do so.

If you email us through a contact link on this site, we may ask for information such as your name, phone number, and email address so we can respond to your questions and comments. You may choose to provide additional information as well, such as your postal address or fax number.

E-Newsletters:
If you would like to periodically receive our E-Newsletters, we may ask for your name and email address so we can send this information to you.

We occasionally may ask visitors to our web site to complete online surveys and opinion polls about their activities, attitudes and interests.
