As part of an ongoing effort to minimize risk, continuously improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction, G&R has established an internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Our program consists of a customizable framework that provides a consistent approach to maintaining project quality and risk management through early identification of potential risks, including safety and time delays. We utilized customized checklists and inspection procedures to help ensure all critical aspects of the construction process, from material ordering and delivery through onsite assembly, are completed in
compliance with the
project specifications.
Each project is unique
and the extent to
which the program is
applied will vary by
the project need or
client requirements.
