   I am writing to commend you and the Good & Roberts, Inc. team for another job well done!  The recently completed Manufacturing Re-Design Project at our Rutherford Corporate offices was a complete success. The project was completed on time and we did not experience any lost manufacturing hours, even though some were anticipated due to the multi-phasing of the project and our staff staying in full operation during construction.  We attribute this to the construction team's careful planning and good communication while understanding Calloway's needs throughout the project.

   I would like to take a moment to congratulate your company for completing a project on schedule and doing a great job. Next Proteins International needed to complete a Tenant Improvement project in six weeks. Time was not on our side. We had to produce Construction Documents during the holidays and we did not receive our permit on the scheduled date. There was not enough time to properly design the office space, which resulted in many changes to the original plans. 
   Your project team made it easy and enjoyable. They were always pleasant and polite to everyone working on the project. Next Proteins requested many changes and additions to the original scope of work. Your team was always very accommodating and made it happen without all of the traditional requirements to have a change order signed before starting the work. Your team stuck to the schedule even though tasks such as replacing the ceiling tile and additional electrical work was added. The punch list was one of the smallest I have ever seen on a project. All items were corrected the same day. Your superintendent took ownership of this project.

   It occurred to me that I never formally told you what a great job the Good and Roberts team did for us. The level of trust I have in Jerry Odling and how he spends contract dollars is huge. I know that he considers every dollar before it is spent, particularly where change orders are concerned. His level of detail and good management of the projects are among the best I see in this crazy business of ours.
   Terry Petersen is AWESOME! The exceptionally small punch list we had was taken care of right away. For the first time, I had no calls from the branch personnel to take care of anything. Everything worked... and continues to work.
   Thank you for continuing to run a very fine GC firm. I know if anything had gone awry, Good and Roberts would have jumped right on it.

   Roka Bioscience, a start up Biotech Company focusing on molecular diagnostics in the industrial sector, leased an existing 15 year old 56,000 sq. ft. research and manufacturing facility on New Year’s Eve 2009. In less than six months.
