Coca Cola Bottling Co. – Tenant Improvement

This project included the tenant improvement of a sales office for the Coca Cola Bottling Company, plus construction of a modular building and site work improvements to the existing truck drop lot. The project improvements were both interior and exterior. The interior was gutted and rebuilt to accommodate new offices used by the new tenant. The exterior updates included new siding, a new roof, and new exterior hardscape walks, as well as new ADA compliant handicap ramps installed throughout the site. The second phase involved the preparation of the adjacent site area to receive a 2,000 SF modular building, including new paving and underground utility connections.
