This 8,500 SF new restaurant was designed to showcase an industrial/warehouse look with an open ceiling, exposed ductwork, reclaimed wood, and a themed wall filled with bottles to enhance the brewery feeling. The on-site brewery accommodates a seven barrel brewing system, two vessel brew house, one fermenter, and two bright stainless steel tanks. The restaurant has custom concrete counters on the patio bar, interior bar, and stained concrete floors. The kitchen was extensively reworked to include new restaurant equipment and fire suppression systems.
