UCSD – PSB (Skaggs) 3rd Floor, Lab Renovation

This project included the Design-Build renovation of the 3rd Floor Lab in the Skaggs Pharmaceutical Sciences Building (PSB) and the Grassian Lab in Urey Hall 3130 & 3132. The project scope consisted of renovations to the Skaggs PSB third floor lab and a new hazardous storage room for new faculty recruits. The team also provided HVAC and plumbing modifications to service two additional 6’ fume hoods and 3rd floor lab space. The project also included renovations to Urey Hall Labs 3130 & 3132 to provide research labs for Dr. Grassian. The project included the removal of all existing equipment, fixtures, and walls, and the addition of a new storefront, hood, sink, casework and utilities.
