UCSD – Urey Hall 3130 & 3132 Grassian Lab Renovation

This Design-Build project included the renovation of 1,350 SF of Urey Hall’s Labs 3130 & 3132 to provide research labs for Dr. Grassian. The project included the removal of all existing equipment, fixtures, and walls, and the addition of a new storefront, hood, sink, casework and utilities.
